You can buy a machine (his and hers versions) which hooks up to your pc (allegedly) and which you then use to have sex with online, as long as your cyber partner has the counterpart machine. If you were on the Internet in the 1990's, you most likely have heard of this product, so even as a hoax it deserves an honorable mention.
